ETA Sync processes limited technical information strictly necessary for the secure operation of the application, such as session or authentication-related data. ETA Sync does not use analytics, advertising, or profiling cookies, and does not collect browsing behavior data for marketing or tracking purposes.

When a user creates an account, requests access, or communicates with ETA Sync by email, limited personal data may be collected and processed, including name and business email address. Any additional information provided voluntarily by the user is processed solely for the purpose of responding to the request or operating the service.

ETA Sync processes personal data solely for the purpose of operating, securing, and supporting the platform. ETA Sync serves as a data processor with respect to customer and user data processed through the platform. Personal data is processed by ETA Sync and by selected service providers acting on its behalf, solely for the purpose of operating and supporting the service. Personal data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes.

ETA Sync retains personal data only for the duration necessary to operate and support the service. User account information is retained for as long as the account remains active or as required to provide access to the platform and related support.

Shipment-related data represents the current operational dataset only; new uploads replace existing records, and historical shipment data is not retained.

Technical and security-related data is retained for limited periods necessary to ensure system integrity and operational troubleshooting. Where applicable, personal data may be retained longer if required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

ETA Sync uses only strictly necessary cookies and similar technical mechanisms required for the secure operation of the application, such as user authentication and session management.

ETA Sync does not use cookies or similar technologies for analytics, advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes. As only essential cookies are used, consent management mechanisms are not required.

ETA Sync processes limited technical and security-related information generated during normal operation of the application, such as timestamps and system events.
